A - COUNTY FERMANAGH

40 homes on 2 housing developments. Schemes in Enniskillen and Lisnaskea.

B - COUNTY TRYONE

76 homes on 2 housing developments. Schemes in Dungannon and Strabane.

C - COUNTY LONDONDERRY

587 homes on 15 housing developments in Londonderry. Elswhere 133 homes on 5 housing developments. Schemes in Limavady, Dungiven, Coleraine and Castlerock.

D - COUNTY ANTRIM

264 homes on 8 housing developments. Schemes in Poleglass, Lisburn, Ballymena, Ballycastle and Antrim.

E – BELFAST

10 housing developments. 285 homes, 45 for people with disabilities.

F - COUNTY DOWN

158 homes on 7 housing developments. Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards and Newry.

G - COUNTY ARMAGH

22 homes on 1 housing development in Armagh.

In order to meet housing demand in some areas, the Association has also purchased a number of properties on the open market. The number of these properties is subject to regular change and they do not appear in the above figures.

PARTNERSHIP SCHEMES

The Association currently has 17 Supported housing developments which are jointly managed with a number of partner organisation. Schemes in Belfast, Londonderry, Newry, Larne, Lisburn, Carrickfergus and Armagh.
