Habinteg aims to provide sustainable neighbourhoods of flexible, accessible homes for all, with high quality housing and services with support services.
As our Mission Statement on the right makes clear, we are committed to providing 'homes for all'. More specifically, our aim is to build high quality, accessible, adaptable and affordable housing.
Our integrated schemes combine a number of house types, including two storey general needs houses, older persons' bungalows and specially designed wheelchair user bungalows like the one pictured above. Steps or harsh gradients are avoided, where possible, allowing for ease of access and mobility, and all new properties are built to Lifetime Homes standards.
In addition to our integrated schemes we also work in partnership with a range of organisations providing specialised accommodation.
