We believe that our tenants and residents are the best people to tell us about the things which matter most to them and we are committed to ensuring that our residents can engage with us so that together we can improve services. This commitment has been at the heart of a number of initiatives in recent years as we seek to build on a healthy foundation of engagement.
As part of our work to involve the views of tenants, we carry out regular surveys across a range of service areas. Prior to the COVID pandemic in 2020, we conducted face to face interviews with tenants. Since then, we have been working to produce shorter, more user friendly surveys, accessible via a range of channels, to cover individual service areas. We commenced rolling these new surveys out in 2022.

Tenant Scrutiny
Our Tenant Scrutiny Panel is an independent group of Habinteg tenants who complete detailed reviews of services we provide. Their findings and recommendations are presented directly to our Housing Management Committee. To find out more about this please see Tenant Involvement information.
