We believe that everybody has the right to good quality housing in healthy, sustainable communities. At the heart of this ethos is a commitment to customer services and we are pleased to work with our tenants and residents in ensuring that we deliver the best possible standards in our housing and housing services. We work closely with the Habinteg Residents' Forum (see left) and, where possible, enlist the help of other agencies to help us improve.
