Why have Habinteg decided to move headquarters?
Our team in Holywood currently work out of three separate offices across town which is why we want to work together, as one team under one roof. Habinteg has an ambitious growth strategy to meet future housing requirements and the needs of our tenants. Our new office will facilitate both.

Will staff from Londonderry/Derry have to relocate to the new office?
No, we are committed to providing an onsite office in the Northwest for our team who are committed to delivering a service direct to the tenants in the area.
What does this mean for tenants? 
Our new office will provide a family friendly space where tenants can come and discuss the things that matter to them in comfort as well as providing training areas and rooms for tenant based meetings.
When will the move take place?
We expect to be moving into our new home early in 2023
