We are pleased to announce that we have moved our headquarters in 2023 to a new home at Laganwood House, Newforge Lane in Belfast.
Our offices in Holywood are now permanently closed
Our Chief Executive, Darren McKinney said: “We are delighted to be moving to our new state of the art offices and look forward to meeting our new neighbours over the next 12 months. Our team is very excited to be moving to the building as we know this space will provide more opportunities for collaboration, greater accessibility for our tenants, and is more sustainable and environmentally friendly than our previous home."
For now, we continue to work as normal but our Hibernia St Offices in Holywood have now been permanently closed. Staff members from this location are working either remotely or from other office locations while the new offices are being completed ahead of the move. We will keep tenants and colleagues updated on the move as it progresses over the next 12 months.
