We are delighted, in this our fortieth anniversary year, to be welcoming new tenants to our Priory Park development in Holywood, the town of our origin and our headquarters.
Close to Holywood’s retail, leisure and transport facilities and afforded all the outdoor opportunities of the town’s coastal path and Seapark amenities, Priory Park is set to become the focus of family life for 6 households who take their keys today, 14 June 2017.
The scheme is a thoughtfully designed apartment complex by Andrew Nesbitt Architects and developed by contractor, Andrew Bradley Ltd. With building costs of almost £850000 and Department for Communities grant funding of nearly £400000, significant investment has been made in bringing this site on the eastern side of the town back into constructive use, while adding impetus to the area’s continuing improvement works.
During planning, we consulted widely with local residents, as well as with the Holywood Conservation Group, and have worked closely to provide a tangible demonstration of the sensitive redevelopment opportunities afforded in this area. It is anticipated that the project will act as a catalyst for further private sector and public sector redevelopment in line with Holywood’s ongoing Town Centre Masterplan regeneration works.
