Habinteg Residents' Forum is a focus group of resident representatives. Members are elected by their fellow residents from Habinteg housing developments right across Northern Ireland. The Forum meets three times a year, along with Habinteg staff delegates, to discuss issues which affect service delivery.
Kieran McKillion is Chairman of the Residents' Forum. Kieran is also a member of the Housing Management Committee and the Board of Management
The Forum's 2008 Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place in October and the Association was delighted to successfully host an inaugural Residents' Conference on the same day.
The purpose of the Fair was to provide an ‘information day’ for Habinteg residents from across the region. Guests had the opportunity to meet with one another and with Habinteg staff, to partake of free demonstrations and obtain advice and tips from the many Fair Exhibitors.
There were stands offering gardening tips, dietary advice, cosmetics, crime prevention, transport assistance and much more.
