Your privacy is important to us and we take our responsibility regarding the security of your personal information very seriously.
We gather information from our tenants as a natural part of our work and create a lot of records from our ongoing contact - from first meeting to sign for a home, during tenancy and when terminating a tenancy. We also collect data from all those who work for us and with us.
We are committed to undertaking all our work in line with Data Protection laws and, to ensure we comply fully with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 2018, we have revised and updated a number of our processes and developed a new Privacy Notice.
The Privacy Notice is available to view or download from the menu on the left, it is also displayed in our offices and can also be requested in leaflet format. The Notice makes it easier for you to find out how we use and protect your information. It explains your rights in relation to the information we hold about you, the types of data we collect, how we use it, keep it secure and the legal reasons for gathering it.
If you have any concerns regarding the security of the information we hold, or if you have any questions about Data Protection please contact us.
