Tenants

We believe that everybody has the right to good quality housing in healthy, sustainable communities. We are pleased to work with our tenants and residents in ensuring that we deliver the best possible standards in our housing and housing services. To this end, we work closely with the Habinteg Residents' Forum. We also, where possible, enlist the help of other agencies to help us improve our Customer Services. In 2011, we undertook a 'Mystery Shopper' exercise, whereby external 'clients' tested our range of services. You can download the Mystery Shopper Report to review its findings.
