TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS 2012 - Habinteg carries out a satisfaction survey with tenants each year. We use the results to help us improve our services to tenants. The document linked here is the full set of results from this year's survey.
GOOD NEIGHBOUR AGREEMENT - Introduced in 2011 and included in the sign up pack with the Tenants' Handbook.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE- Habinteg is committed to providing customers with a high standard of service at all times but we accept that we do not always get it right. If you have reason to make a complaint, you can download and print our Complaints Procedure which includes a Complaints Form. Please note that the Feedback page of this website can also be used for complaints. If you have previously had cause to make a complaint to the Association, we would like to hear of your experience of how your case was dealt with. We would very much appreciate if you could take the time to print and complete our POST COMPLAINTS SURVEY
PUBLISHED DOCUMENTS
You can access/download Habinteg's CORPORATE STRATEGY 2012 - 2015 in which you will an outline of our three year corporate objectives and our ANNUAL REPORT for 2011 - 2012.
We produce an annual CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY REPORT which provides a comprehensive review of the the Association's work in this area.
We have developed an EQUALITY SCHEME in accordance with our duties under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. This document is currrently being reviewed, pending approval, by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. You may prefer to view our EASY READ summary version of the document. You can also view our Public Authority ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT to the Equality Commission and our CONSULTEE LIST with whom we engaged. The Association's DISABILITY ACTION PLAN is currently being reviewed. We have also recently reviewed our DISABILITY ACTION PLAN. This document is currently in DRAFT version.
