CUSTOMER INFORMATION
TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS 2010 - the results from customer surveys carried out in 2010, reflecting customer feedback on how the Association is performing against its published Customer Standards.
GOOD NEIGHBOUR AGREEMENT - Introduced in 2011 and included in the sign up pack with the Tenants' Handbook.

PUBLISHED DOCUMENTS
This is our ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2010/2011 AND BUSINESS PLAN FOR 2011-2014 in which you will find a summary of performance for the past year and corporate objectives for the next three years.
We produce an annual CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REPORT which provides a comprehensive review of the the Association's work in this area.
We have developed an EQUALITY SCHEME in accordance with our duties under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. The Equality Commission has approved this scheme.
