About Us
We plan, develop and manage housing schemes throughout Northern Ireland and work with a range of partner organisations to provide specialist and supported housing projects.
Typically, our schemes contain a range of house types - family houses, bungalows and apartments - to provide homes for all people, irrespective of age, culture, background, ability or disability. Family houses, since 1996, have been built to Lifetime Homes standards (a commitment introduced shortly after the concept was developed in England - Habinteg in England was part of the original steering group which drew up the criteria) and a proportion of bungalows and apartments are specially designed wheelchair user properties. The approach serves to underline the Habinteg Vision of providing Homes for All.
