We currently employ over 100 members of staff based, mainly, in two offices. Our Head Offices are in Holywood, County Down and there is a North West Regional Office in Derry city centre. A number of staff members are residentially based at the Association's larger schemes.

    The Association wishes to recruit a Development Officer who will be responsible for the Project Management (Client Side) of projects/schemes from inception to completion, which form part of the Social Housing Development Programme and its delivery. The Development Officer will be an integral part of the Development team and will be directly responsible to the Association’s Development Managers and Director of Development for all matters relating to delivering the Association’s Development Strategy and Programme.
