Working for Habinteg

We work to provide homes that enrich the lives of tenants and create vibrant communities. We do this through a strong focus on the development of high quality, inclusive social housing in areas of housing need.

We currently employ over 100 members of staff based, mainly, in two offices. Our Head Offices are in Holywood, County Down and there is a North West Regional Office in Derry city centre. A number of staff members are residentially based at the Association's larger schemes.

We are growing and welcome individuals who want to be a part of our team and continue our story of success.

Habinteg highly values its staff and offers a competitive benefits package in a supportive working environment. We are an Investor in People (IIP) organisation and place great emphasis on the training and development of our workforce. We offer an excellent range of benefits on completion of probationary period and we will ensure you get the right support and development to fulfil your full potential.
